At La Condesa, starred chef Indra Carrillo and his team offer a cuisine with French roots punctuated by international influences, a reflection of his career. Thanks to his many travels and international experiences, he has been able to educate his palate, acquire varied working methods, adapt to his environment and simply forge a strong culinary identity. His cuisine is light, tonic and vibrant.

Young Talent Gault&Millau 2016 and 2018, he has just been elected "Revelation" and "Young Chef of the Year" by the guide Pudlo 2018. He earned his first star in the MICHELIN GUIDE in 2019.

The menu is based on carte blanche menus, which offer freedom and creativity on a daily basis and evolve naturally with the seasons and the market.

The decoration is designed by architect Camille Flammarion, resulting in a contemporary, sober, chic and uncluttered environment that reflects the local cuisine.
